Outdoor porcelain tiles - price differences?

Looked at Marshalls and Bradstone outside wood porcelain tiles.
Marshalls £111 per m2, Bradstone don't see direct but look to be in the £55 per m2 range for the ones I like.
Main patio is about 30m2, so £111 is a lot more than I want to spend.

Looked at B&Q as a supplier of Bradstone and they also have Timberwood at £15 per m2 and another at £35 per m2.

Any comments on porcelain tiles and price differentials from people in the know / who had them laid recently?

Do they let you order samples?
(Am currently on my own tile quest so I sympathize!)

I've got samples of the Bradstone ones, I'll take a trip to B&Q and have a look at theirs.
Just wondered if anyone knew why it was such a price differential.
Think the Marshalls ones I liked were £100 per m2.

I think the higher quality ones have the colour running all the way through which is more important if you want to put them on edges or steps. We went for some that were around the £25 mark and they are fine.

Higher priced ones also have a better pattern repeat. The aim is to have a higher number on the pattern repeat eg 10 means that there are ten different tiles (so they look less like tile and more like stone), 2 means there are only two different tiles.

Excellent, thank you both.
The Bradstone samples I got don't appear to run down the sides, but then they are cut samples so they wouldn't (doh).
And interesting point re repeat pattern, not sure I'm very bothered about that on wood effect planks.
I feel a trip to view coming on.

Looking at laying a patio and have seen some black/v dark grey ones called anthracite in a local builders merchants £30 a sq metre but unsure what type and colour of stone to edge them in or not edge them?

Anyone else opted for this colour or had patio tiles fitted and any comments advice re cleaning them and how practical they are etc?
