Property Prices in Surbiton

Can anyone advise me of current prices for two bed maisonettes with garden and off road parking in Surbiton?

Bought ours five years ago. Good condition, nothing much to do but prices seem to have dropped substantially since then. Don't want to get estate agents round to avoid pestering as not quite ready to sell.

Are there any similar properties in your street or nearby? If so you can search for local sale prices to get an idea of what things are actually going for at the moment.

@Lemonlemonandmorelemon I wouldn't worry about pestering agents. They are always in the market to come and do a no-commitment valuation so you can scope out the market, and I imagine after the rush of transactions trying to close by June 30 it will have slowed by now. Dexters and Seymours will price high, Humphrey and Brand more realistically I believe....but don't quote me on that.

Look at rightmove. It will show you all the properties like your on the market, those under offer and recent sold prices.
