I am wondering in anyone has been in a similar situation and can advise. We live in a first floor maisonette and have 50% share of freehold with downstairs flat. Our neighbour (adjacent and with whom we both share a common party wall) wants to extend her loft. Do we need need one party wall agreement as joint freeholders or two separate ones?
