Would you pay more for an end of terrace house vs mid terrace?

For context, this is a typical South London 3 bed house Victorian. Long street of approximately 120 houses. Would you pay extra for an end of terrace with slightly more privacy?

If it helps, these are 3 bed houses that usually go for approx £850k.

I think it would be worth more than that difference.

Yes, especially if there's extra garden, but also because there's only one neighbour to annoy you with noise, or for you to annoy them. And if there are extra windows on that side of the house you also have the benefit of more light (but higher heating bills).

I had a no side access but rear access end terrace and it was halls together. I think with an ordinary or decent family it would have been great and worth the extra money. Instead I was next to the worse person I have ever known in my entire life and the noise beggared belief.

I've lived in lots of terraces with lots of different neighbours and I didnt hear any noise.

So in short it depends who the neighbours are.

I live in one. It has side access. Even so OP I wouldn't change it for the world.
I would feel cramped if it were any other way.
