Swapping toilet and sink position in bathroom

Hello,
We are looking to buy property, bathroom has bath, then next to it is the toilet and then next to it the sink along same wall.

Is it costly to swap the toilet to be where the sink is and move the sink next to bath along same wall?

It's not too bad depending where the wastepipe is. You'll have to redo the flooring too.

As PP said, it will depend on where the waste pipe is. We swapped our sink and toilet round and the toilet actually went closer to the waste down pipe so it worked well. If you're moving it further away, bear in mind you need some angle to allow the toilet waste to flow downwards towards the waste pipe. The further away, the more difficult it is.

Ours had so many issues with blocking/leaking in its original location but none since we moved it.
