Which internal doors?

Please help me chose a style of interior door!

It’s a 1930’s house but ex-council so has no typical 1930’s features. It has sanded light pine floorboards and white column radiators.

I want a heavy door (maybe fire door) and it will probably need to be painted white because I don’t want another wood to clash with the floors. Also prefer door knobs to handles.

Was thinking maybe white 1930’s style doors or cottage doors? But worried cottage doors might look too “modern”? And would they look unusual with door knobs?!

We have a 1930s house with limited period features. We recently replaced all of our doors with four panel fire doors from Howdens. They are painted white and look fine. Neither statement nor bland.
