We want to move to a market town when DC finish schooling in a few year's time but to afford the mortgage on both we would look to do holiday lets for a few months of the year.
We live 40 minutes away so would visit regularly and be on hand for the holiday lets.
I realise there are usually clauses in the leasehold which prohibit this but was wonderering if anyone had been able to do this successfully.
