Our new house has very basic bathrooms. I want to keep the sink, toilet and probably the shower, but the tiles (yuk, think v basic value wickes, browny beigy colour), walls just painted white, chrome towel rail.
What can I do to give it an impressive finish?
I'm thinking better taps, shower head etc. Nicer mirror. Maybe a small chair in there.
Where could I get these - a designer feel but reasonably priced?
Also, ditto for tiles?
Should I put in shelves?
What makes you say 'nice when you walk into a bathroom?!
