We are in the process of selling our house and one of the requests we have had is for a building regs certificate for our property, as it is a new build built in 2015. Our solicitor has contacted the council and they have the completion certificate and want us to pay for it, but it doesnt say how much it is on the link they provided.
Has anyone else had to provide this/pay for it and how much is it?
Apparently our buyers refuse to move forward without it
