Anyone not run away at this?

Looking to buy house cash. Found v rare bungalow but survey shows movement, possibly drain related, no trees nearby at the moment.
Anyone fixed / stopped slight movement? No external cracks, some internal around central hall, and one window.
What would you do now?

My fear with this would be needing to sell it on in the long term. It’s hugely unlikely a mortgage company would lend on it

Does anyone have experience of the seller paying for a structural survey? Through their buildings insurance?
