London Surveyor Recommendations - building survey needed for victorian property

Hi!
We are in the process of purchasing a victorian house in South London that will require a complete gutting and refurbishment. Given all the work and investment we're looking to have a Level 3 building survey done but are struggling to find a decent surveyor that comes recommended.

The one we did find that was reasonably priced and had great reviews just cancelled our booking due to getting a last minute slot for surgery so we're back to square 1 unfortunately.

Does anyone have a surveyor they can recommend that would cover the SW2 area? If you've had a level 3 structural survey done with them that you were happy with even better!

Hi there, I’m looking for a surveyor in SW2 - who did you go for in the end? Would you recommend them?

I used this chap for a Victorian house in SW4. I would recommend and use him again. The house needed more work than we'd anticipated and he gave estimates of how much it would cost.
He was recommend to me.
