We live in a mid-terrace house and a hole has opened up next to the end house. We're in no. 7 and the affected house is no. 1.
The hole in the tarmac is a couple of feet across and the hollow underneath is spreading and looks to have reached their foundations.
Is there anything I should know in terms of our insurance or any future sale?
