Dressing bay windows - confused

I'm probably being a bit thick- but new house has bays at the front (bungalow) , the sort with a flat window at the front then the 2 sides at an angle.
Google is confusing me more with blinds for them!
There's no wall above the window so blinds would need to be attached to the ceiling.
I've always had roman blinds on my flat windows and still really like them but is this possible on these bays?
If not an alternative for these bedroom windows?

We have blinds attached to the window frame. And in the other window we have curtains.

Roman blinds: you can topfix a chunky wooden batten to the ceiling then apply the blinds to the front. Can be covered in fabric.
Roller blinds, Topfix or fix to window frame
Curtains: Fix low profile track to ceiling

I have roman blinds in a bay as you describe. 3 separate ones attached to a thin wooden batten painted the same colour as the wooden window frame.
