with dormer and ensuite. I am fairly sure we will go with what a neighbour did (that neighbour has since moved away so cannot ask who they used).....where do you start?
Does anyone know a good one in Trafford area? Since we know more or less what we want maybe don't need to pay for the most creative designer but obviously it has to be good enough for planning and the builders.
