My property management company (appointed from freeholder) has been kicked off property ombudsman scheme. A significant number of delays and misinformation has cost me a lot of money. I wanted to raise a formal complaint and try to get some compensation. I thought ombudsman may be able to eventually help. I've googled the name and seen they've been kicked off a couple of years ago and are on the expelled list. What affordable action do I take now? This awful company feels like a noose!
