Does anyone have any idea on removal costs? We're moving from a 2 bed flat into a 3 bed semi 14 miles away. My partner was planning on hiring a big van and him and my dad doing it but I think this a huge undertaking considering we will have a 2 month and a 14 month old and I'd rather just pay people to take the stress away!
I just had a call from one company to say if we pack everything ourselves they'd charge £250 for 2 people to come and just load up the van. I've said I want everything doing so he's sending someone out on Tuesday to assess what needs packing etc, just wondered what prices others have paid?
