Fire door regulations on residential house

Hi All,

Looking for advice or signposting. We have a three storey house with internal fire doors that we want to replace.

We know we need fire doors but what isn't clear is whether we need to add the intumescent strips and door close latches on them. Whether this part is legislation? They currently have both.

Information on the Internet really doesn't clarify and I don't know where to check. Happy to put these on but finding a joiner who will is proving hard so I want to understand if they should be added to the doors or if a fire door in itself is sufficient?

Many thanks in advance.
