Who do I consult regarding my cracks?

Victorian terraced house.
Front bay window seems to be slowly sinking.
There is a thin crack along the ceiling, running from right to left.
Plaster coving in right corner cracked in 2 places.
One of these is an old crack which was filled in a couple of years ago but has opened up again - the other coving crack is new.
I'd like someone to look at these, who has no vested interest in selling me anything, but who can tell me who and what I need to do to fix the issue long term.
I have further ceiling cracks ie. where wall and ceiling meet, at back of house.
Do I look for a surveyor or a structural engineer?
Will they go/look under floorboards and in loft in the rooms concerned?

I think that's what's needed by someone who knows what they're doing.
Thanks, in anticipation.

Structural engineer. They will look where they need to. They may tell you that you need to get a hole dug to look at foundations - this will cost a fair bit.

Post pics on here & see what comments you get

Some cracks are simply seasonal movement and really not that serious

Could also ask a bricklayer re pointing & see if they think there is an actual problem
