Kitchen redesign cost

I know this may be difficult to estimate, but before I get quotes just wondering what people think this will cost us.

Wanting to get the following done:
Tall unit put in for new oven and microwave. Possibly double oven or a combination oven/grill. Include oven and microwave in price.
New cupboard doors.
New gas hob, with cupboard underneath (this part is currently the oven/hob combination, I'm moving the oven).
Retiling as well as everything is old.
New worktops.

Thats the main things I want. I'm tempted by a breakfast bar with dishwasher underneath it, but not sure if the room is big enough really for it or if it would put people off if we want to sell.

Not modern look, looking at shaker style and keeping it within a tight budget so I don't want the most expensive stuff.

Do you think we could do this for a max of 3grand? I'm going to get quotes from different places first before deciding. Thanks Smile

No, I don't think you can.

Look at pricing it up - for cupboards and doors try DIY kitchens as their pricing is easy to see. They do worktops too with prices clear. For appliances look at AO. For tiles you're looking at min £10/m plus labour and grout / adhesive etc.

Assume you want someone to fit too?

Well I want someone to do most of it, as I don't trust us with making something strong enough to hold an oven, or do anything with the gas hob. We could probably do the tiling and the doors of course.

Our fitting quotes ranged from £2300 to £9800.
