Garage flooring

Our attached double garage has a manky dusty concrete floor and I'd like to improve the look of it.
Options -
Paint. Cheapest option but worried if I don't prep or do it properly, it will be awful. This also means completely emptying all the crap out of the garage and leaving it on the drive until the floor is finished.
Roll flooring. Mid price point. I'll definitely cock this up. Also means removing at least half thr garage at a time.
Interlocking floor tiles. Dearest option. Seems idiot proof. Working in sections means I don't have to totally empty garage, just move stuff round.

Anyone done their garage floor care to share their experience?

Not a garage but we used ronseal diamond hard garage floor paint and it's pretty good. The main thing is just cleaning off all dust etc (give it a good hoover basically!!)

We did a watered down layer of PVA to seal the concrete before painting it.

You could also just use a sealer, won’t improve the look but will reduce dust.

Thanks for the replies.
The dust is the most annoying thing but the floor also looks messy. Lots of seams and texture where they obviously didn't smooth the concrete particularly well, plus paint splashes and a stupidly large coffee stain thanks to a clumsy builder

I put carpet in the garage OP.
Carpet you were going to throw out anyway.
That said, there’s so much stuff junk in there, I struggle to see the carpet.

I have lino with a section carpeted near the door with really hard wearing carpet al ost like an internal doormat inside a wood section.

We have interlocking floor mats, but that's because we DH uses it as a small gym + the normal garage storage
