Hi I posted a recent thread about swapping my 2 bedroom council masonette for a 3 bedroom house. The 3 bedroom house was my home growing up so I have the best memories before my dad passing away. Anyway the good news is my council have accepted the exchange.
Has anyone else felt overwhelmed and stressed when going through a mutual exchange? I'm just doubting everything thinking shes going to pull out etc. Has anyone got any positive stories about their own mutual exchange? X
