I’m living on a private estate. The street lights have been broken for about 2 years which is a complete nightmare as it is encouraging anti social behaviour. We have been to a number of people and they all pass the buck on who’s responsible for them. An investigation was made and we was told today that the local council is 100% responsible even though it’s a private estate. Could anyone give me advice on this as I am writing another letter to council and want to make sure they take it seriously
