My ex partner and I are going to swop houses legally. He's having mine, I'm having his. We both own each property outright. My house is worth £300k. His at £275k and he will give me £25k cash. We both have all the paperwork that we'd need in our files, as in all searches etc.
I am thinking of using an on - line conveyancer. Can anyone recommend one at all please?
Does anyone think it might be easy, as in, just inform the land registry of a change of name to the title deeds?
