We've had a double storey extension previously and have now moved and are looking to do another double storey side extension.
We have our planning permission already and are starting to get quotes.
We're considering project managing it. We've got a quote for all the ground works and bricks up to the roof level.
Has anyone done this? Is it significantly cheaper?
The extension is straightforward- it will have two knock throughs and it won't effect the kitchen at all. We are happy for it to take longer if it's cost effective.
Is there a simple guide to use to know when to get trades in?
