We live in some flats and the doorbell/intercom is broken.
My DP wanted me to post and ask if based on this picture (below) he should reinsert one of the loose wires to fix it.
I think we should call out an electrician.
The problem is we have gone round and round in circles over this and now are in a situation where we really need the doorbell to work, preferably by tomorrow. (I know).
Any help appreciated.
