I'm planning a relatively straightforward full width extension and dormer addition to my end terrace house. I am not sure if I just want drawings done or more involvement (like getting it through planning - though might be PD - getting structural drawings, finding a builder, project management). Im pretty clear about what I want but know i need drawings to start getting ideas on costs. Does anyone have any recommendations? A few of the architects I've looked at seem to do projects in the £250k plus range, I'm hoping mine will be closer to £100-120k.
