Modernise Brick and Tile + Fence

Can anyone here tell me if there is a way to make a dark brick and tile house and light coloured 90s plastered fence look modern without spending ridiculous amounts?

• for reference, the sea/a stony beach is across the footpath.

Inside, it’s very beach cottage lovely, - and its not a major, but it doesn’t match which apparently might put people off buying it.

Any suggestions welcome!

Render, paint it the colour of your choice.

Can you paint the house a lovely pale blue grey??

@VeniVidiWeeWee is it easy to render? - I was thinking at least do the fence that way.

@FusionChefGeoff I was thinking of painting the house a white/blue but thought it would look a little odd. Might paint a test wall!

I wouldn't suggest it in an ordinary street but if it's by the seaside I think it would be lovely.
