Selling part of garden-solicitor?

Have made an informal agreement to sell part of the garden to a neighbouring house which owned the garden originally (different owners though). Can we just register with land registry without using solicitors?

I’d imagine you’ll need a conveyancer.
I’d try and tag it onto the price and make vendors pay.

If you have a mortgage, there may be implications for the value of your house. I would imagine the mortgage company would insist on legal representation.

Inherited so no mortgage

You must get a conveyancer involved to formalise the sale regarding sales agreements etc. They then register it as part of the transaction service.

I replied on your other thread, you absolutely should use a solicitor
