Haier washing machine

Does anyone have a haier washer / dryer.

We just got ours and the spin cycle is crazy!!!! We've levelled it but it sounds like it's going to take off!

Does anyone else have this?

We had the same with our washer dryer - the metal rods will not have been removed on installation. The back panel and the rods need to be removed. It took us 3 attempts with AO. Com to get ours sorted ! Read the instructions and if it was fitted for you then get them back out and maybe ask for a replacement as the drum might have been damaged now

I'll have a look at that and ask the builders on Tuesday. I know they've taken out the 4 bolts

We had the same they removed the bolts but the rods need to come out then it’s so quiet

I suspect it's the rods. Will ask the builders on Tuesday if they removed those 🤞🏻 as I love the machine otherwise
