Help finding this mixer tap

I am looking for bathroom furniture and came across this unit at Homebase. I really like this tap but it’s only the unit for sale, the tap isn’t stocked (a pet peeve of mine when websites include photos of key elements that they don’t sell)

It’s a long shot but has anyone spotted one like this anywhere or know what the type/shape is called or any other words I could google to find it?

I am really trying to avoid wading through every single search result for ‘mixer tap’

I see they're out of stock on Amazon and so far I've only seen them on eBay or on the US or European websites, but maybe this will help you with further Google search.
