Searches and next steps

My searches came back super fast with no major issues, just a week after request! We have environmental (including planning applications) and water searches back. Is there something missing because this seems to be good to be true?!!!

However, we have incomplete papers from the seller. So we have the property info and fixtures forms back but they haven't sent the leasehold document yet. It's been 2 weeks since the offer was accepted. Is this normal or should I keep chasing?

That is fast but there is sways a bit of delay with the lease- not your buyers lease but the head one, especially if it comes from a managing agent. I had a particularly slow one took them almost three months from (paid) request to get it sent out. Anyway get your lawyer to do the chasing, though I bet they say things have been moving pretty quick for you already (and I envy you- having had offer accepted six weeks ago and have had nothing yet).
