I've just had a slight panic reading another thread about building cert sign off.
Now I have the certificate all signed off , well the bit of paper issues by the council that they call the certificate.
However and here's what I'm confused about, I never got an invoice to pay for the final inspection.
I paid for the planning fees, initial inspection on completion of works.. and that's it.
I've never given it another thought untill now. And I've not been chased for any fees either and it's been over a year.
Anyone know if I should have got a bill?
