Looking for a new kitchen in a newly built kitchen living room space - can anyone recommend anyone outside of the usual Wickes Howdens, wren benchmark etc that I've already spoken to - something more bespoke but mid range £ - thanks

Think someone asked a similar question, here were my answers:

I used a company called Kitchens Unique that are based in Epsom. It’s a two man team. They say they can fit a kitchen that you have sourced elsewhere, (IKEA, Howden etc) but when they came to look at mine they gave me brochures for Burbidge units, which I went with. The guys were great, just got on with it, no dramas, no problems. The units are lovely too. Mid price range and also a bespoke cupboard for the boiler, shelves for in front of the soil down pipe in the corner. I went with the Kew range in Alabaster.
As is usual, there was a three week wait for the granite counters, but Ian and Clive fixed plywood counters as a temporary measure, so the wait wasn’t too bad.

We used Price Kitchens, showroom is in Croydon. Was for a tiny galley kitchen so not much scope for creativity in planning, but we were very pleased with the units. We arranged fitting separately but they have a fitting service.

HAve just placed an order with Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch. Service to date has been superb and they definitely meet that mid range budget criteria. Tiny bit more than Wren Infinity Plus range, but solid in-frame timber units. Once I've factored in the painting (untils come unpainted) the whole kitchen will cost me around £14,000 versus wren quote of £12,100. Big kitchen in an extension....
