Fired Earth Bathroom

Are the bathroom units long lasting as I don't want to spend all that money and the toilet flush stops functioning after a year! Your feedback is will be most appreciated! Thanks!

We moved to a house with similar looking special basin. One of the taps was stuck and broke when we tried to open it. Water everywhere and we had to call plumber. She said that this kind of special taps don't accept standard replacing bits. She fixed the tabs but said if we want to get them replaced to standard ones give a call.
