Moving out of London

Likes loads of people we are thinking of moving out of London. Where do people recommend in Kent or Essex. Budget of £800k or so.

Are either of you going to need to travel back into London on a frequent basis? And do you have DC that you will be State educating?

I'm glad loads are moving out as I'm moving in! And by the way things are selling I'm not the only one.
A friend just bought in Chelmsford.

In Essex try Shenfield, Chelmsford or Ingatestone
