Has anyone had a full renovation of their Victorian 2/3 bed terrace with a side/roof extension plus new kitchen, bathroom etc and, if so, how much did it cost?

Trying to get an idea of costs involved in renovation vs already done. Thanks

£150k - not done well (re-doing 9 years later bathrooms). Nice kitchen units was £35 k, underfloor heating in kitchen, bifold doors £5k. Nothing done to lounge and minimal work done to bedrooms.

So much depends on quality of finish, type of extension yhe existing layout, drain location and so on. You can get a kitchen for £5k or £50k, for example.
I am buying a three bed end of terrace Edwardian in SW London. I plan in extending 2m out the back, new kitchen and flooring, adding loo under stairs, redoing three bathrooms, adding dormer to already converted loft. I have a budget of £100-£120k. I'm a seasoned renovator though and shop around and supply my own materials (other than building, but I source the paint, sanitary ware, tiles, flooring, radiators, lighting etc). I think it could go to £150k, but going to make modifications if needed to try and keep it lower without sacrificing quality.
Any renovation is only as good as the tradespeople who do it. Be sure to vet your contractor carefully, go with personal recommendations if you can, and cheaper is definitely not better (nor is expensive a guarantee of quality either). Definitely be on top of building regs and make sure the builder gets regular checks - you will need that completion certificate when you sell!

Thanks I was estimating 150-200k but of course depends on specifics

Ours came to about £120k all in, for a side extension on a 3 bed mid-terrace, new kitchen, utility, bathroom, and reconfiguring the ground floor. Nothing done to bedrooms.

That was 3 years ago though, so I'd expect it to be more expensive post-Brexit.
