How can I fix this cracked tile?

It's been cracked for a few years but is now starting to crumble a bit... Really can't afford to replace the floor, and have been unable to find a spare as the tiles are about 20 years old. Could I use some sort of clay or resin perhaps? Any ideas appreciated!

What material is the tile - stone, terracotta, etc?

It's ceramic I believe.

You could put coloured grout in the cracks, it won't make them invisible but it will hold the tile together.

You might have trouble finding grout the right colour but you could add a bit of red/pink paint to white grout and see it you can get a good enough match.

You can get ceramic floor tile repair kits and there are lots of DIY guides online to help. Google "repair ceramic floor tile" to read all about it. It's worth reading up and taking time to do it properly. There are also specialist floor tile repair tradespeople you can pay to fix it for you.

We had something similar on our kitchen tiles, put in by previous owners on top of underfloor heating. We got a repair kit from Amazon. It was an epoxy resin putty. I can’t remember the name, but it has 4/5* user reviews. A lot don’t.
When it was dry I used artists Acrylic paint to blend it in, as they do on the Repair Shop.

Thanks all. I will have a look on Amazon.
