We’re looking to convert our garage as a single storey conversion but we’re not sure in what configuration to do things. Below is our floor plan.
We want - somewhere downstairs - a utility room and a playroom. The question is, do we turn part of the garage into play room and the other part as a utility room (bearing in mind the boiler is in the garage so there’s pipes in there already) or do we somehow create some kind of toilet/utility room area where the downstairs toilet currently is?
The second bit is we want to turn the front door so it’s facing the front of the house (not necessarily in line with the front wall).
