How long did it take to receive your buildings survey report?

Had buildings survey done on Tuesday, and I'm being very impatient waiting to hear back!

Was kind of hoping for a quick call from the surveyor before now, but nada. I guess no news is good news.

How long did yours take? Did it get emailed or posted?

Emailed the report about 10 days later. I did email them a few days after their visit to check they’d actually gone (or as I asked it - got access to everything they needed), and to ask if anything major we should be aware of.

Previous time they called on their way back to give a summary and got report pretty quick.

Our surveyor called us the next morning from his yacht to say there were no major issues. Grin

Actual report followed in a couple of days.

about a week for the full report, but an phonecall with the surveyor a couple of days after. give her a call.

I chased it after 2 weeks and got it another week after that! Surveyor was awful and apparently only in the house for 10 mins.

Perhaps giving them a call tomorrow so check it all went ahead ok wouldn't be too remiss of me then!

That's shocking @TroublesomeTownHouse! Given how much the damn thing cost I'd be furious to find they'd only spent 10 minutes there!

I'm about to have one done and they are happy to meet with you immediately after to go over the highlights. Another I've used a few times emails the report about three days after the visit and is happy to take calls if you have questions about anything.
