For those of you who know Sussex - both East and west - I would love some advice. We are looking at two properties, one in the heart of Ashdown forest (the village of Nutley is 1 mile away) - it’s beautifully located and surrounded by forest. The other is in the village of graffham in West Sussex. Both houses are lovely and quite similar but one (graffham) is in the centre of a village (Albeit still private and the village is lovely), the other ‘in the forest’ so much more private though there are amenities nearby. So it’s obviously largely a matter of taste but any insights on both areas and which may be a better investment would be much appreciated! DH and I can’t agree.....
