Getting foam from tiles

Agh can anyone help! I have some foam backed back/toilet mats and they have stuck to the bathroom floor (tiled).

I've tried scraping which has taken most of the surface off but there's still a lot just stuck to the tiles. I tried soaking it in some form of cleaning soluation overnight to soften it but it hasn't really helped.

Any ideas?

I’ve just googled. Spray WD40 onto a nylon brush and scrub at the rubber bits. Keep it away from the grout though as it might stain.
