Anyone know of any handy online guides that provide a good step by step template for planning and spec'ing out building work?
DP and I are looking at getting some internal (structural walls) removed so we can change our kitchen to a kitchen/diner and possibly extend upwards to create bigger than postage-stamp bedrooms upstairs. A few other bits potentially in the mix depending on cost and whether we go with DP's vision or mine!
We're potentially going to need drawings, planning permission, structural advice, buildings regs, party wall advice, building quotes, contracts etc depending on what we decide to go ahead with.
I do like a nice spreadsheet but just wondering if there is anything online that would help us rather than us starting from a blank sheet?
