Hi we are currently living in Salford and would like to move to Sale. We are interested in a new apartment on the cross street , known as One Park Avenue, which is converted from an office building. The location is great with good schools around. It's also close to to supermarket. Can I get some advice especially from those who are living in that area? Anything we need to pay attention to especially it's converted from office?
