We sold our house 12 weeks ago and still not managed to find a house.
Seen 2 properties we loved but both wouldnt find anything they liked so decided to stay put.
Found another one but it was 15k out of budget, offered less and they were considering it but have now had a higher offer so said no and then we offered asking price on one last week but so did a cash buyer so we lost that too.
Nothing else coming up and I'm stressing about the time my buyers have been waiting, they said they love our house and no pressure from them but I feel bad.
We can't go into rented as we have dogs and a cat.
It is so hard anyone else been in the same position, does it work out, I'm really stressed.
