Any tips or advice?
It currently has really cheap carpet tiles left by the previous owner. We are improving the room from a Utility to an office/games room. Should we carpet? Is a vinyl floor more practical? I'd like to to be warmer down there. There is a radiator and we are putting a plug in fire in
