If this was for sale in appx 5 years from now, I would probably go for it...small cafe or shop plus the living accomodation and the price is reasonable !

Meant to say I would convert part of the ground floor to a cafe etc and then have the upstairs as accomodation, plus its freehold.

Does it flood? I'd be a bit concerned given where it is in the town!

Right in the firing line for flooding there unfortunately. That price is also a guide price, it's an auction, and unlikely to go for such a low price.

You have NO IDEA what 'the price' is.

The town floods frequently and the local micro climate is 'lots and lots of rain'.

i know that building i used to have a cabinet in there when it was an antiques centre only a few years ago it is on the side street that floods every time hebden goes under water i wouldnt buy it
