Which bathroom/en-suite layout in extension?

We are planning an extension and change of layout upstairs. We have 4 potential layouts. I prefer the one with the linear en-suite. DH prefers the one with no cupboards. Any comments or suggestions of things we have maybe not thought of ?

Option 3 BUT, the ensuite will have a sink, wont it?

Ivykaty, I've never seen one like that. Walking through wardrobe into a bathroom, but never walking through a bathroom to a wardrobe. Will gavd to keep my eyes open for one!
