Loft conversion, trussed roof

Would anyone be wiling to share what they paid for a loft conversion including steelwork for a trussed roof please.

The conversion will have a bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. It will also have a dormer.

Has anyone used a telebeam system in a loft conversion? It looks like a great idea for getting the steels into the roof. The company claim the additional product cost would be offset against lower labour costs.

Thank you.

We're considering a loft conversion and have looked at Ecotrus which is a similar system to telebeam. We have been given a ballpark quote of £40k, finished to plaster, with full width dormer to the rear and two velux windows to the front. Two bedrooms and a bathroom, loft approximately 70sqm. Bathroom suite and decoration obviously on top of that. £26k if we wanted them to just do the structural work and hire our own plasterer etc. We're in Yorkshire.

Thank you @Hallyup5, just had a look at the Ecotrus website. It looks like a real contender. I like the idea of them doing the steelwork before a local builder takes over to finish.

I know this was a while ago you asked but wondering if either of you went ahead with ecotruss and, if so, the costs involved. Thanks :-)
