Wireless smart security cameras, help!

I've been looking into getting a security camera for the back of our house to go over the patio doors, initially I thought of a hive camera as we have the Hive thermostat already, but it's a wired up plug in system and I don't want anything that needs a hole drilling through the wall! I've had a look at the Blink ones as they run on a battery but they get mixed reviews and seem expensive.
I'm looking for any recommendations for something similar that is compatible with an iPhone and doesn't need an expensive monthly cloud subscription! Any help appreciated!! Smile

We've got Arlo, which we've always found to be pretty good. Pricey tho.

We have eufy cameras and really like them

Drilling a hole is a very trivial job....

I have a Ring camera which runs on batteries and is pretty good. You can pay a subscription for Ring to store recordings but you don't have to.

We have two blink ones- they have been fine. The newer models might be more reliable.

Maybe, however I'd like to avoid it if I can. Personal choice.
