Hi all, i'm continuously looking at this website for some ideas and costings and thought maybe easier to just start a post myself. We are currently in the process of buying our next house. We need 3 beds but all the houses we viewed bedroom 3 are very small so the idea was our 2 children have the biggest two bedrooms and we create ourselves a new master en suite either being loft conversion or building above garage ( if footings are already in place which we were informed they are I know we will need to get this checked) Interested to see what people think and what the cost differences are and what space would be a better gain. We are quite open to any ideas from people's past experiences would be much appreciated. We are located in west midlands.
